Contact the Surgery
Use this service to contact us and get help with routine medical or non-medical issues.
For Example:
- Questions about your medication including requesting more of a repeat prescription.
- Request a Doctor’s letter. Please note that some letters may cost money as they are not covered under the NHS. See our Paid Services
- Sick/fit note requests. Make sure to read and follow the instructions in our page on Sick/Fit Notes as otherwise we will not be able to help you.
- If you’ve been referred somewhere by us you can request that we follow up to make sure everything is going smoothly.
- Changes of address.
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. View your health information
Using the NHS App (availiable for PC and Mobile) you can:
- Request repeat medication
- View your GP Health Record. Including medication, consultation notes and test results.
- Fill in a “Contact the Surgery” forms without leaving the app. See above.
