  • Sick/fit note requests. Make sure to read and follow the instructions in our page on Sick/Fit Notes as otherwise we will not be able to help you.
  • If you’ve been referred somewhere by us you can request that we follow up to make sure everything is going smoothly.

Transport links and Accessibility

Buses: We are less than 5 minutes walk from the Old Vicarage Road bus stop on Cowick Street.

Trains: We are a 10 minute walk from the St Thomas train station.

As an Accessible practice we provide:

  • Clearly marked and wider disabled parking bay(s).
  • Allow guide or other assistance dogs into the premises.
  • Provide a range of high-backed winged-chairs with a high seat base to assist elderly or disabled patients in standing or sitting.
  • Offer private room facilities for patients who may have communication, reading, or writing difficulties.
  • Allow disabled patients to make appointments by unusual methods, e.g. online booking or letter. The Practice will respond to these requests using the method most appropriate to the needs of the patient.
