If you are experiencing mental health issues you can contact us to book an appointment with a GP or specialist nurse.  The clinician will assess your condition and can offer referrals for talking therapies, medications, and/or time off work if needed.

Emergencies

If you are concerned about feeling unsafe, are very distressed or there are signs of a mental health relapse, you can contact the local First Response Service by calling 111. In life-threatening situations call 999, or attend the emergency department.

Young People

Anxiety and Mood

Drug and Alcohol

EDP (now run by the Humankind charity) offer a local Drug and Alcohol recovery program. This includes:

  • 1 to 1 sessions
  • Group work
  • Prescribing medications to help with your recovery. Including naloxone
  • Needle exchanges
  • Testing for blood borne viruses

Domestic Abuse & Stalking

Fear Free is a charity that offers support with Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking. They operate locally in Devon.
