Register with us to access our medical services. After completing the form your registration will take roughly 2 working days to process.

What are named GPs?

When you register with us you’re assigned to a GP who is responsible for your care. You do not need to see your named GP when you book an appointment.

You can request a particular GP, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your preference.

Due to staff changes and the need to re-balance GP patient numbers your named GP may change.

Avoid delays – find your NHS number

If you have had a GP in England in the past, or if you have previously been a resident in England and are returning, you should already have an NHS number. In order to complete your registration, we need to find a patient match on the NHS Spine; being unable to match a patient will lead to a delay in your registration.

Are you currently away from home?

If you are away from home for less than 3 months a Temporary Registration may be more appropriate. To temporarily register with us you will need to visit of our practices in person.

Get help for a minor issue in the mean time

Consider talking to a Pharmacist. They can help you with a range of minor issues that don’t require a prescription. Including…
