Nominate a Pharmacy

Your nominated pharmacy is where any medication you are prescribed gets sent by default.

When you are prescribed medication it is sent electronically a pharmacy you have nominated.

You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time by

  • Launching the NHS App and tapping “View and Manage Prescription”
  • Or dropping our prescribing team an email at [email protected]

Order repeat prescriptions

If you’ve been prescribed a repeat medication you can order more using the NHS App.

Tap “View and Manage Prescriptions” and “Request Repeat Prescription”. You’ll be able to select the prescription and your preferred pharmacy.

Can’t See your medication?

Please note that only prescriptions that can be immediately reordered will show up in the list you’ll see after pressing “Request Repeat Prescription”.

You can ask us about your medication via:

  • Online Services
  • Giving us a call on 01392 676676 and choosing the option for the prescribing team
  • Emailing us at [email protected]
  • Dropping into one of our branches
